Chic boutique vibe and amazing location
The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the Magnificent Mile, and the atmosphere is wonderfully chic. I found the staff to be attentive. The room was a bit on the smaller side, and I would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room for my morning routine.

The room felt cramped with limited movement, especially if you had multiple bags-definitely not spacious. Lack of in-room coffee and the trek to get a cup from a neighboring café was a bit of a hassle. They charge an extra urban fee that feels a bit unnecessary for amenities that you may never use, like printing services. If you expect daily housekeeping, be aware that you need to make a request, which can lead to waiting around in common areas when you just want to relax.

The hotel was clean, the staff was efficient and knowledgeable. I have just spent 3 days in queen room with the AC as well as toiletries, and loved it. Also, location was magnificent and ideal, just a pleasant stroll away from Michigan Avenue. The restaurant was nice for breakfast.

The location of the Felix was excellent, allowing easy access to nearby attractions within a 15 to 20-minute walk. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing assistance whenever needed. The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for business needs.
Some amenities were lacking, such as coffee refills in the morning.

Still, great for a short vacation where you spend more time exploring than in the room.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at attached restaurant for dinner. The view was exceptionally good of the skyline itself. The location was great, close to a river and a lake. I walked everywhere in Chicago and eateries and bistros were close to the place.
The bed was too short here.

Excellent location, free Wi-Fi, computers and printer. Nice small lobby and good restaurant. Very good HVAC system in the rooms. Quiet rooms with very nice beds and linens.
Tiny rooms. Not only ours (we asked for a change and the 2nd felt even smaller) by looking at the floor plan you can tell all rooms are mini. Friendly but not as helpful staff. Small windows, too.

I loved the location. The room was a bit cramped, but could be considered cozy under the right circumstances. The staff is probably the best part of the hotel. Very attentive to needs and accomodating to almost any situation. I would recommend for anyone needing to stay downtown for a few days.
A litttle pricey, but for downtown hotels about average.

We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Felix because it's location is very good if you want to know the city. It's located on the restaurant part of the city which is very convenient. The hotel offers free wi-fi and free printing services, which was great. They also offer in the morning free coffee and tea, dispite breakfast wasn't included. We think that this is an expensive hotel but if you are looking for a last minute booking, as we were, you really could save some money.
